Licensing Information

Upon successful graduation from the Thrive Health Career LNA program, a Certificate of completion is awarded. 

 

Graduates are then eligible to take the NH Board of Nursing LNA competencies exam through the excel testing site.

 

After passing the competency exam, candidates can apply for their license in the state of NH at their website.
